Arts & Wellness presents our 9th Annual Cervical Cancer/HPV Awareness Fundraiser. Our goal is to raise awareness by educating about the importance of regular cervical cancer screenings and HPV vaccinations. Arts & Wellness advocates and raises funds for uninsured and under-insured women who seek affordable health screenings. Our mission: "Helping Others to Help Others". Funds raised will go to providing women cervical cancer screenings at 9Health fairs and Inner City Health Center.We will be remembering Henrietta Lacks and how her HeLa cells, taken without her consent, have been saving lives of women with cervical cancer for decades.Returning as this year's special guest is Hazel Miller.Tickets are $60, covering the cost of one woman's cervical cancer screening.For more information contact Gladys Brown Jones Turnbough at 720.244.1823 or [email protected].
