A perfect pairing - locally made beer, crafted with locally grown hops, meets locally made artisanal chocolates! Each person will receive 4 small pours of Antigua Brewing Company beer and a carefully selected corresponding chocolate from Mama Ganache Artisan Chocolates. The brewmaster and chocolatier collaborated to hand-select each pairing. This is a unique opportunity to explore the flavors of each locally crafted item individually, see how complimentary and contrasting flavors interact with each other, and discuss the components of each! It's sure to be a fun, interesting, and delicious evening. Mama Ganache Artisan Chocolates is dedicated to offering high-quality, ethically sourced, and produced chocolates. All chocolate is either organic, fair trade, or directly sourced. They make their own chocolate from single-source beans grown around the world and obtained through direct trade. Antigua Brewing Company is a new, family-owned San Luis brewery committed to making great craft beer with hops grown right here in SLO on their family hop farm. The downtown taproom features a full kitchen serving great, house made food that pairs perfectly with Antigua's fresh, local, uniquely delicious beer.
