RV repair - electrical and leveling jacks

Hi, I have a few issues with my RV that need to be resolved: 1) Leveling Jacks system has a fault, and is beeping every 10 seconds. 2) Upper bed isn’t motoring down to the sleeping position. 3) The front A/C controller needs to be replaced 4) The entering step isn’t working Item #1 is particularly critical.
