Two more quick and easy methods are included that reduce anxiety and calm the nervous system. You can do these techniques anywhere. Handouts with instructions are part of your workshop toolkit.
Once we balance our emotional state, we create space to experience the mental and emotional clarity for a new level of personal awareness and problem solving. Our shift in perception can open up a whole new world of possibilities.
