The Clean Water Volunteers and the Hayward Area Parks & Recreation (H.A.R.D.) Volunteers in the Park (VIP) have partnered to help clean up and beautify this community park. There will also be a water testing demonstration! H.A.R.D. provides tools, leadership, snacks and satisfaction of knowing you are a V.I.P. H.A.R.D. asks you bring bottled water, gloves, and parents/guardians accompany youth. Remember to wear work clothes and sturdy shoes (no sandals), long pants, and bring gloves if you have them. We will provide trash pick up gear, gloves to lend and tools. Please note: Gloves will be provided if you do not have your own. We will also have grabbers, bags, buckets.
