This is a mini-conference led by the UTLA/NEA "We Are Ethnic Studies" Cohort for educators interested in teaching Ethnic Studies in California. The mini-conference will include workshops led by So Cal teachers, Afro-Cubano dance and drum (OMO ACHE) with keynote lunch address, lesson plans, course outlines, etc. UNIVERSITY CREDIT AVAILABLE THROUGH CHICO STATE UNIVERSITY. THOSE INTERESTED IN THE UNIVERSITY CREDIT WILL HAVE TO STAY UNTIL 5PM ON 1/14/2023 FOR INSTRUCTIONS ON THE ASSIGNMENT TO EARN THE UNIVERSITY CREDIT.
