The Center for the Middle East and Islamic Studies is delighted to invite you to celebrate the center’s 20th year anniversary on March 3, 2023, from 7-9pm. Students, faculty, and members of the community are invited to join us for an evening of entertainment featuring Tehran Ghasri, a Black-Persian stand-up comedian, followed by a performance by Syrian-American hip-hop artist Omar Offendum and accompanied by Palestinian-American musician Ronnie Malley and NC local DJ Rang.
Parking is available at the Cobb parking lot, and at the Bell Tower parking lot after 5pm for minimal costs.
*Special guest - fundriaser hour tickets are only for guests specially invited by the Center for Middle East and Islamic Studies. Please do not register for this ticket class if you a general audience member.
