Our team of educators will guide participants through the following CHARACTER COUNTS! initiatives: why it's important to identify the values of the Six Pillars of Character,our TEAM approach to character education,the "Four Keys" method of teaching character skills to help students achieve their potential, practice creating lesson plans and activities built around the "Four Keys,"and build plans to support and engage other school staff on how to implement our CHARACTER COUNTS! research-based instructional strategies.Who should attend?This workshop is targeted towards small groups of key decision-makers within a school/organization interested in learning the basics of CHARACTER COUNTS!, the best teaching practices, and implementation plans for schools/organizations.
