I have a young male cockatiel to re-home. He is friendly, although not hand-tamed, loves to be around his person and is just starting to talk - "whatcha doin'" and a couple other phrases I can't understand. Very smart and personable. Very reasonable re-homing fee applies. He will come with cage and supplies and food if needed. Thanks for reading.
