The first of its kind short course introduces students to the science of roasting and brewing coffee, milk and creamers fundamentals, and creating innovative coffee and tea-based milk beverages. Experts will share the challenges and opportunities of formulation with milk, and processing ready-to-drink aseptic and shelf-stable products. The course features hands-on demonstrations at the Ranney Food Processing lab, extensive Q&A time with formulation experts, as well as networking with industry professionals. No pre-requisite needed. Open to entrepreneurs, students, R&D, industry professionals in food processing, food service and distribution sectors.
