In this workshop, we dive deep into combining mindfulness skills discussed in Part 1 with coping skills to help regulate the body. We discuss mental and emotional shifts that need to occur in order to fully embrace mindfulness and all its benefits. We will wrap up by practicing some simple grounding techniques with mindfulness.
Although participating in Part 1 is encouraged, it is not required to participate in this workshop.
