Paint, Cleaning and Plumbing HELP

My tenant has vacated the house and I want to clean floors, Cabinets, appliances then paint it. Need help. I already got whole apartment painted, Installed new floors. Now is only cleaning job and repainting of kitchen cabinets and fixing of various doors. An energetic young person required to help me and follow instructions. Must work from 8 to 5 or 9 to 6 with 1/2 hour break in between. At the end of the day I will pay $80 cash for 8 hours of work, if work is done due deli gently, sincerity and honestly. Must have experience of applying paint to walls, Ceiling, trim and doors, have plumbing skills Must follow instructions without any arguments. A valid ID is needed to start the work. The job is for 2-3 days
