Be part of an exciting all-inclusive VIP pre-game tailgate and game-watch party at Westgate RIGHT NEXT TO STATE FARM STADIUM, in the heart of all the Big Game action! We are converting a private parking lot within Westgate into a fun, high-end event space. Our all-inclusive tickets will include incredible food, traditional and themed cocktails, and many entertainment options! EVENT DESIGN The space is being designed with an upscale pub bar theme in mind. There will be a combination of high top tables, bar tables with barstools, catering stations, bar stations, entertainment areas, pro football athlete meet & greets, and more. Since 1996 Fabulous Food Events have been producing one-of-a-kind events with exquisite artisan cuisine. Led by husband-and-wife business partners Skip and Chantal Hause — who own and operate the company out of Phoenix, Arizona — Fabulous Food is a custom, high-end catering company offering distinctive event planning services. Chef's Selection of Football Inspired and Traditional Petite Sweets! Full Top Shelf Bar - selection of White & Red Wines, assorted Light and Craft Beers, Seltzers, and Traditional and Themed Cocktails. ENTERTAINMENT Player Meet & Greets (pre-game only) - several player meet & greets are to be available at the pre-game event. Guests will have the option to purchase a photo op or merchandise to get a signed autograph. NFL players to be announced closer to the event. Headline DJ (pre-game only) - DJ to be announced. Silent Auction - there will be 40+ items related to the two teams in the game available to bid on at the event. If you win an item, our fundraising partner will ship you the item after the event. TV Walls & Flat Screen TVs - there will be several TV walls and flat-screen TVs set up throughout the space to enjoy the pre-game show and the big game itself. You'll have a great view anywhere at the event! Themed Photobooth - there will be a high-end photo booth available for guests to take advantage of throughout the event to document this once in a lifetime experience. Games - there will be several types of games set up on tables for guests to enjoy. & more to be announced! EVENT SPONSORS AND PARTNERS Event sponsors/partners to be announced. EVENT TIMELINE With the Superbowl kick-off at 4:30 PM MT (6:30 PM ET), the event timeline will be - Pre-Game Tailgate - doors open at 1:00 PM MT, and close at 3:30 PM MT - which allows you one hour to walk over to State Farm Stadium, get through security, and grab your seats before kick-off. It is about a 10 min walk to the stadium from our location. Game Watch Party - doors open at 4:00 PM MT, which is 30 minutes before kick-off, and close at the end of the closing ceremonies. Please note food and beverage service will end at the end of the game. If you purchase tickets to BOTH events, you will be allowed entry at 1:00 PM MT, and will be able to stay within the event until the end of the closing ceremony. You will NOT need to leave and re-enter between the pre-game and game watch. TICKET TYPES Pre-Game Tailgate (1:00 PM - 3:30 PM MT) Ticket Options: 1) General Admission - You will have access to an open area that will include several high-top tables that will be first-come, first-served. Standing room only. Open air. 2) VIP - You will have access to a tented VIP area that will have a seat for all attendees. Seats are not assigned, and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. In addition to seating, VIP guests will have their own private catering and bar stations. Game Watch Party (4:00 PM - END OF GAME MT) Ticket Options: 1) General Admission - You will have access to an open area that will include several high-top tables that will be first-come, first-served. Standing room only. Open Air. 2) VIP - You will have access to a tented VIP area that will have a seat for all attendees. Seats are not assigned, and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. In addition to seating, VIP guests will have their own private catering and bar stations. 3) VIP+ (Assigned Seat) - You will have access to a tented VIP area that will have an assigned seat. If you have multiple people in your group that purchase VIP+ tickets we will seat you together. Seats are assigned based on booking order. In addition to reserved seating, VIP guests will have access to their own private catering and bar stations. ADDITIONAL DETAILS You do not need a game ticket to participate in these events. 21+ event. These tickets do not include access to the actual game. Parking is not included. No in and out privileges. Clear bag policy in place. Security will be at check-in scanning and inspecting all bags and persons. ABOUT THE HOST Tailgater Concierge is owned and operated by mother-daughter duo, Jennifer and Megan LaGrow, and is a certified female-owned small business. Tailgater provides tailgating services at several NCAA and NFL properties nationwide. For the Super Bowl, they wanted to offer an all-inclusive tailgate and game watch experience that was geared toward the actual fans.
