The FIU Black Mothers Care Plan is pleased to partner with the YWCA of South Florida to host a FREE community workshop. All are welcome! Join us and learn more about transforming health care in Miami through midwife and doula care and how to support your own or your loved one's health and wellness. This discussion will be led by Jamarah Amani, Licensed Midwife, Executive Director of Southern Birth Justice Network and Co-Founder of National Black Midwives Alliance on Saturday January 7, 2023 at the YWCA of South Florida (Miami Gardens) Intergenerational Center (3450 NW 199th St, Miami Gardens, FL 33056) from 1:00-3:00pm. This event is funded by the Miami Foundation and TD Charitable Foundation.
