As a buyer specialist on a mega team, improved efficiency and effectiveness translates into more repeat business. This course focuses on converting leads, finding homes and assisting a buyer through the offer process. Prepare for a buyer consultation and for the objections that are likely to occur during it. Obtain signed buyer representation agreements. Present offers for the buyer and persistently work to fulfill your buyer’s needs in order to result in an accepted and signed contract.
