At about 10:40am I saw a German Shepherd with a bandana trotting quickly through my neighborhood. I believe it came from East South Park Ave and turned onto Michigan St going North. I called for it to come several times, but it didn’t listen. I watched it continue North down Michigan and then take a right into a yard or parking lot just past 12th Ave.
