I'm a podcaster (started in 2004) and audio book narrator (started in 2018). I've also done a handful of audio interviews. I love recording and have amassed quite a collection of gear: microphones, cameras, lights, recorders, mic stands, audio interfaces, boom poles, etc. I'm looking to help out people who are just starting out, and I'm open to working with or donating items to a community organization like a school to help them make recordings of their performances. I can also help these groups or individuals get set up for the first time so that they get great recordings if they're unfamiliar with that sort of thing. It would also be cool to form or join a group of other audio enthusiasts for social gatherings and potential collaboration or audio gear swaps/lending. I'm not a musician and don't have experience micing instruments or bands, but would be up for learning together. I'd also be up for working on live sound for interviews or other films if you're a film person but don't have the audio experience/gear.
