Need someone to install my commercial sign

I have a 9x11 Lexan back lit sign that I need someone to install with changing 2 of the old bulbs to new ones. It's an easy 20 min or so job. Just don't have a 10 ft + extended ladder to do the job. And the installer who took it down is on vacation. It just slides into place with a bracket with 3 screws that holds the bracket.
