We are seeking a Fleet Manger to join our management team. About you: - You’re an organized and detail-oriented puzzle-solver, with a professional and energetic attitude. - You have the integral knowledge to diagnose and repair a wide variety of vehicles makes and vehicle types. - You have knowledge of vehicle reconditioning. - You’re a great communicator at all levels, with a talent for finding solutions, sometimes under pressure. - You’ve got the ability to manage your own time, work independently and you have the ability to balance competing priorities. - You’re eager to learn what you don’t know and we’re ready to help you grow! About the gig: You’ll be the key to maintaining a fleet of chauffeured vehicles which includes diagnosing and repairs, ensuring that the fleet of vehicles are safe and road worthy, reporting vehicle concerns to the Dispatch and Management team, keeping detailed maintenance records, responding to the fleet needs for cleaning, working with vendors and suppliers. Pay ranges from $18-23 per hour, depending on experience Shift available: 9AM – 5PM; overtime available. Qualifications: - Ability to diagnose and repair vehicles issues - Ability to manage your time and work independently - Ability to communicate effectively with Dispatch and Management Team - Ability to manage and prioritize competing time demands - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills required - Adequate capacity for stress tolerance - Excellent command of English language for verbal and written tasks - Ability to make decisions and identify solutions - High School Diploma or equivalent - Working knowledge of MS Office applications - 2+ years related experience preferred.
