You do the general daily maintenance -- put out the trash, keep the hallways and sidewalks clean, drain the boiler, respond to emergencies. The fee is $450 per month for the basics, plus extra for any additional odd jobs you do, and 1st chance at any additional repair, paint, or remodeling work that we may need.
