Looking to re-home my tarantula to an experienced owner

Hello. I have a grammostola roses (Chilean Rose Hair) tarantula that I am in need of finding a home. I am only looking for an experienced handler so that I know she will be taken care of. She is approximately 3-4 years old and is still rather small. She is very gentile and doesn't mind being held. She will make someone a special life-long friend. Please keep in mind that she may live to be well over 20 years! It hurts me to re-home her but I am having health issues and my current day to day situation is not certain. I just want her to go to someone that will take the very best care of her. She is currently bedded on Eco Earth and has been showing signs of wanting to burrow. I haven't watered and baked the Eco Earth to allow for this without it crumbling, so it would be great if her new owner would do this for her or find a better substrate so that she can begin to do so! Currently, I have only had the money to get her meal worms, but would like for her to go to someone that can get access to dubias online or from a local breeder. They are much healthier for her and easy to keep as a colony. She doesn't eat a whole lot and can go weeks without showing interest in food. She is very easy to care for, I currently have her in a ten gallon tank that has plenty of room to fix up for a deep substrate that is not too rough and able to stay sturdy if she decides to try to burrow again. I have had her since she was a tiny sling and want the best home I can find for her. I am actually not sure if she is male or female, I just refer to her as a her lol.
