My main ad is below. I have an immediate need for the following work: 1. Clear a main drain line. There is a clean out in the 2 inch pipe from the washing machine drain line. I would like the line cleared using multiple passes of 3/8inch cable drain auger using multiple end bit to clear rust in the cast iron drain pipe. I can pay $120 for labor for this. 2. Install a 3inch pipe main drain clean out on the exterior of the house with a cap (rubber coupling to a pvc T). The top of the pip should be flush with the ground and it should have threaded cap cover. I can pay $200 for labor for this. 3. The 2 inch laundry pipe P trap has a 45 degree turn in the opposite direction of the p tap right before the p trap. I'd like there to be a 18inch to 2 foot drop, offset over 2 foot drop straight into the p trap on the drain line. I can pay $60 for repiping this section of drain pip and testing. All work must be in done in a quality workmanlike fashion and we must receive photos showing all work was done for payment. I can pay for the materials via phone sale or reimburse all materials at 105% of cost of necessary parts based on receipts provided. There three tasks pay $380 and can be done in about a half day if you work quick and if goes well or a little longer if not. Either way, its a good job.
