Staying healthy is important at any age. Research has shown that good health not only gives us more energy and endurance but also plays an important role in preventing major causes of illness such as heart disease, some cancers, diabetes, and obesity. Did you know too that staying hydrated is just as important as healthy eating? In this webinar we will learn how nutrition relates to healthy aging, learn the warning signs of dehydration, and discover strategies for incorporating healthy eating and hydration into our daily routine.
