We are so excited to announce that this year’s expo is absolutely FREE to all visitors Donations to our recommended charities are more than welcome (see below) Come and see all the latest health & wellness innovations and techniques from an array of vendors who will endeavour to help and give you tips on how to dial up your wellbeing Join in the activities in the hotel courtyard where there will be several classes including: Zumba, Jazzercize and fitness routines Enjoy time inside the hotel in a yoga class or perhaps some quiet meditation suits you better!
