Our first Secret Kitchen features Chef Peter Kerling. He teaches students at the Wayne County Career Center and offers them real-life opportunities to gain experience in the food service industry. On January 17, 2023, Chef Kerling and a handful of his students will prepare a special meal for thirty guests and serve it in our beautiful wine and cocktail bar. As always, our drink menu will be available to enjoy with your meal. Your ticket includes this exclusive meal. Alcoholic beverages will be available to purchase a la carte.
