🟦***SCHEDULE***🟦 * Meet and Greet * Intro / Announcements * Yogic Breathing (Strong, Medium, & Gentle Breathwork) * Guided Meditation *Cacao Ceremony * Group Discussion * Deep Yogic Tummo Breathing * Qi Gong * Cold Plunge (Deliberate Cold Exposure) * Reheating Exercises, Mindset, & Closing *We usually shift to an indoor location or hang out at the beach for coffee/tea and socializing afterwards* —————— This is our general guided practice structure for the morning, Join in any or all parts of it. Bring any items you may need, like a towel, bathing suit, warm clothes, mat to lye down on, chair, etc. Meet on Golden Gardens beachfront, ahead of the bathrooms and cafe, near the water. We will have a gazebo and sign to help recognize us! PLEASE DRESS 🔥WARMER🔥 THAN YOU THINK YOU NEED TO! BRING LAYERS! Thermo-gear with bathing suit underneath (for cold exposure).
