This event is co-hosted by local matchmaker + event planner Jill Dunn, founder of Jillin' It along with Natalie Berthold and will be held at the beautiful Surfside Hotel in Stratford, CT. Jill is best known for her speed dating and mixers for singles which are fun, casual, feel-good events and opportunities connecting thousands of singles over the years. For our Unlock the LOVE: Singles Workshop + Mixer event Check in starts at 3:30 pm. Once you're checked in, grab a beverage and a snack and introduce yourself to someone new. (Don't worry, we help with this!) Take part in one of the optional, fun, no-pressure ice-breakers facilitated by your hostess, Jill, which will connect singles to ensure you make some new friends and possibly meet your match. About 5:00pm Natalie will start her workshop to unlock your full potential in love and relationships. About the workshop: Do you run into the same patterns with partnership? Are they unavailable in one form or another? Married? Selfish? Live geographically too far away? Are you always the runner or are you always abandoned? Do relationships seem to have a specific expiration date? 6 months? 3 years? There are so many family and ancestral dynamics that can keep us in a holding pattern in love and all areas of our lives. Past trauma and experiences are actually passed down transgenerationally and epigenetically, as well as our own experiences and can stay stuck. Those pieces can and do actually run the show subconsciously. Come do some experiential and phenomenological work around this to let this go and unlock your full potential in love and relationships, just in time for Valentines day!
