The Winter Solstice is a magical time in the yearly cycle to release tension and invite relaxation, release resistance and yield to courage and release indecision to align with certainty. As we prepare for winter’s slumber, we are asked to bypass the systemic busyness swirling around us and instead encourage healing, creativity, and flow. This is a powerful time of year to reflect on how we utilize the resources of our minds and bodies without depleting them.This is a powerful time of year to simplify life, where possible.This is a powerful time to integrate periods of rest and 'unstructure' in our lives.Join Lisa, Kristin & Samantha for a morning together in circle and practice at Color Up Wellness in Denver. We will begin with a ceremony full of reflection, journaling, and breath work followed by a Yin practice and sound healing. Practice includes an intuitive group reading. Mat, Water, and Journal are recommended. If you need extra props, we have blankets and bolsters to borrow.
