Harvest & Slaughter would like to invite you to join us with our friends at Itsumono for our second official butchery class and 4-course dinner. Guests will be instructed by our head butcher and co-founder, Tom Coss on how to break down, and prepare every part of the pig for you and friends to enjoy. The class and dinner are sold separately, or together for a discounted price.
The class begins at 4pm and will conclude at around 5:15pm and the dinner begins at 7:30pm
