Our Workshop 1, Courses 1-3 for college students package deal is a great way to attend all 3 courses:
January 6: Managing Emotions, Stress, and Energy Stress, anxiety, and depression are among emotional responses that taps student’s energy -leading to failure. This workshop provides students a model to identify, understand, monitor, and manage emotions to provide the self-care necessary for success.
January 7: Organization, Executive Function Skills, Motivation StrategiesADHD students in changing and challenging academic settings often bump into executive function and motivation problems – some of the more common symptoms of ADHD. This workshop provides students a model and unique language for developing organization strategies. Students also learn the basics of motivation, especially as it challenges students with ADHD, and develop their own personalized motivation strategy.
January 8: Monitoring & Managing Success & FailureStudents tend to succeed or fail in observable recurring patterns. Once discovered, these patterns can be repeated or altered. This workshop empowers students to utilize a tool (The Success Curve) to monitor and identify early warning signs of failure and develop antidote behaviors to quickly bring themselves back on track for success. They also learn how to identify and reinforce behaviors that lead to success.
Each course is 4-6 hours long, beginning at 10:00 AM and ending between 3:30-4:00 PM.
Course fees include training, training materials, and lunch.
