Pasta Making 101

Description

We begin the workshop by making our dough to familiarize ourselves with how the pasta should feel. We then begin the rolling and forming parts of the workshop using a variety of pasta making tools and accessories. The workshop generally last about 2-2.5 hours and comfortable attire is recommended. After our pasta is made, we gather around and enjoy a light pasta dinner accompanied by salad to enjoy a Family Style Meal. Once finished, we pack up your pasta to go, along with recipe cards and cooking and storing instructions. *Wine is available for purchase on site, please arrive a few minutes early to order your wine. 21+ and please dress warm. We will be making pasta within the Barrel Room where Wine is stored in a cool temperature.
