Join Mallory for an energizing full moon sound bath with the therapeutic crystal bowls. We will do some light stretching before and settle into our comfortable spots allowing us to sink deep into a state of relaxation. Sound therapy is based on the idea that every part of your body creates a vibration which resonates in a certain way. Sound healing works by sending sound waves throughout the body helping restore balance at a cellular level.
