Carey Portell has persevered through challenges after an accident with a drunk driver. She was featured on RFD-TV's FarmHer, raises cattle on her farm in Missouri, and has inspired countless people with her story. She will motivate you to break through your limitations and believe in yourself!
This year's event features a special workshop and the main event with the guest speaker!
March 2, 2022 Schedule of Programs
Special Workshop at 4pm: "Breaking Through Limitations" workshop for High School Students begins at 4pm. Carey will lead these students through a series of workshops to help identify and overcome barriers to their dreams. This will be a great interactive workshop to help students develop personally and professionally. Registration is limited to 20 students.
Main Event with meal 5:30pm: with guest speaker, Carey Portell, will begin at 5:30pm and will include a free meal. Both programs are free and will be on the OCTC Main Campus, 4800 New Hartford Road, Owensboro, KY 42303, in the Humanities Building.
