The Zeta Zeta Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. at the University of Houston presents their 3rd Biennial Miss Phi Beta Sigma Scholarship Pageant, which features eight beautiful, young ladies who will be competing for the largest non-athletic scholarship offered at the University of Houston.
