Join us for a free walking tour of downtown Fort Worth. This month we learn about the race for the sky in downtown Fort Worth from 1890 to present. We'll find the architectural gems that still stand today, point out the newest members of the skyscraper club and revisit the sites of several that have disappeared.
Just make your reservations (space is limited) and come enjoy the 2-3 mile walk through downtown Fort Worth with lots of stops along the way. We start at the historic T&P Train Station on the patio next to The T&P Tavern at 9:00 am. The monthly tours are given by knowledgeable guides who share a love of Fort Worth history.
Free parking at meters along W Lancaster Avenue or paid parking in the lot in front of The T&P building. Transportation directly to The T&P Station from Dallas, DFW Airport and mid-city transit stations is available via Trinity Metro.
So there will be plenty of free breakfast burritos & tour guides please RSVP. This tour is free to individuals and families.
Masks are not required of guides or attendees. Please wear a mask if you are unvaccinated or at increased risk of infection. Please do not attend if you are not feeling well or if you have been recently exposed to anyone diagnosed with Covid-19.
