Join the meeting in helping the community address the mental health crisis we're experiencing. 1. What is Mind Education? Mind Education is a curriculum that systematically teaches how to examine the causes and effects of the issues of the heart. Having this knowledge will help people improve their mental well-being in a sustainable manner. Mind Education also empowers people to be in a more capable position to ensure a happier and healthier life for themselves. 2. Where is Mind Education being implemented? For the past 20 years, Mind Education programs have been successfully implemented in over 80 countries. The curriculum has been modified to meet the needs of schools and universities at every grade and level. Mind Education programs have been implemented in military academies, law enforcement institutions, and correctional agencies. With a proven international track record, Mind Education presents concepts in a flexible structure that allows them to be applied to everyone. 3. Why the Mind Education Workshop?
