Item 1( New life means new home/house with 2 acres, car/Mercedes, freedom, independence, money/financial security, etc. Item2( old man wants/needs lady to live with me,long term, to help out with daily life as I age (keep me healthy and happy) as well as help with computer/phone/ other tecno stuff.
