NOW HIRING FULL TIME DIESEL OR FLEET TECHNICIANS OUT OF CEDAR SPRINGS AND MT. PLEASANT MI!   Compass Coach is a private for-hire motorcoach company with garages in Cedar Springs and Mt. Pleasant, MI. Our fleet consists of 21 full-sized coaches. After 9 years, one of our technicians is retiring which creates a need to fill a full time diesel tech position in either our Cedar Springs or Mt. Pleasant, MI garages. Pay & Benefits: $52,000.00-$80,000.00/Year. Paid Bi-Weekly via Direct Deposit. Health/Dental/Vision Available. Simple IRA with 3% Match Starting on the First Day of Employment. 1 Week of Vacation After 3 months of Employment. Another Week After 9 Months of Employment. Sick Time Available. Uniforms Provided. Minimum Requirements: Shop experience or a graduate of a State Certified Diesel mechanic school.  Knowledge in the following areas is preferred, diesel engine repair, electrical systems, HVAC, and brakes. Must have your own basic tools. Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. This position is a "hands on experience" for motor coach repair. Being a small family owned company, we can offer the flexibility and a true "Work, Life, Balance" that a large shop cannot. You will work in a clean environment with modern up to date tools and computers. There are no quotas to meet. We take the time to make sure our vehicles are safe for families/Church's/university students, to travel the highways on our coaches.
