Here at Sagebrush, we love the process of cupping. It's the simplest, most consistent form of comparing and contrasting coffees. This recurring weekday workshop is here to open up our routine cuppings to any who are interested in the world of coffee. Whether it's quality control testing for our roasting curves, trying samples from distributors we work with, or honing in flavor notes for new releases, each workshop is unique and puts a different set of coffees on the table for us to compare.
