Last year on Christmas Day, I woke up alone with no one see or no where to go. It was miserable. I vowed I would never do it again. So in the beginning of December, I started thinking about what I was going to do for Christmas this year and I decided I was going to hold an event for other people in the same situation as me. People with no one to celebrate with. The Misfits. The misfits of Christmas. So I rented a dope ass venue, called in some favors from some DJ friends of mine, and planned a party. The doors open at five but from 5 PM till 8 PM. It’s for the misfits only. The plan is to have those three hours is to have everyone in the same situation together. We eat , mingle, laugh , have a drink and open a gift. Then at 8 o’clock the lights go down, the music goes up, and the doors are opened to the general public. My hopes are to make this Christmas, amazing and memorable, rather than the most alone and miserable.
