Description

We have 8 home to starting in Jan 2023. We are looking for a small crew to make ready the foundations, trenching, laying 6 mil poly, setting rebar per plans specs, backing out and preparing for concrete finish crew. This is not a full time job. Jobs will come as the bank funds the construction loans to begin construction. This will be part time as work is needed and ready to make ready. Must be able to: Read Plans, Trench, Set Rebar and Make Ready per plans and specs. Ensure accuracy Bilingual a Plus, needs to be able to communicate verbally with myself and clients. All materials to set forms will be provided.
