The Opportunity Production Inspector/Packer Our WestRock plant in Lebanon, TN is seeking qualified candidates to fill Inspector positions in the Production department. • Benefits on DAY ONE! • 10 days of vacation and 11 paid holidays • Starting pay: $17.00 - $18.75 per hour • Shift: Both days and night available; Days (6:00AM 6:00 PM) OR Nights 6:00PM 6:00AM) • Schedule: Rotates on a 2, 2, 3. Giving you every other weekend off (does not rotate days to nights) • No experience required. We will train! How you will impact WestRock: • Frequently inspecting, Stacking & Packing Products • Assist in set up of new jobs and read/understand work instructions • Operate pallet jack, stretch wrapper, and other production equipment and tools The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to working safely, good communication skills, demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, experience in manufacturing, and a strong desire to succeed and advance in the company.
