I had this cage for my pet rats for many years, but unfortunately they both passed away recently and I’m not looking to get any more. It’s in very good condition, although I don’t have the box or instructions anymore it is capable of being disassembled and reassembled with zero/minimal tool use. Easy to clean, the bedding tray slides out easy. I’ve given it a cursory rinsing off, but I would recommend you wipe it down with a bleach solution before housing your pets in it just in case (it’s up to you). It comfortably held two rats, although it’s large enough to potentially house Guinea pigs or a ferret. I spent approx. $150 for it new, so I feel $40 is a fair asking price. Must pick up, I will not deliver it. Water bottle can be included if you’d like, although again I’d recommend thoroughly rinsing it out with a light bleach/water solution. I’m Texting preferred
