The issue came up in October 2020, because Trump had been criticizing Americans for doing business in China, and then Surprise Surprise! The NY Times got hold of Donald’s tax records and it turned out he had a bank account there.

So he was obviously getting some income in China. What was he doing? Well, probably selling the Trump Wine or something perfectly legal like that. Its just that, with a sleazy liar like Trump, when he “forgets” to mention some business dealing one tends to get suspicious.
