Maintenance/Handyman $16-20 per hour based on experience.
Responsibilities:
Apartment turnovers - painting, cleaning, and repair.
Maintain property exterior and ground. Keep walkways, clean, safe, and free from snow and any debris.
Perform interior maintenance and light repairs such as: light carpentry, drywalling and other general maintenance.
Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks.

Qualifications:
Experience with hardware tools (Preferred)
Basic understanding of electrical and plumbing systems
Be able to lift 50lbs
Be able to climb ladders
Be available for snow removal as necessary after hours and weekends
