Seeking an entry-level individual for a new job opportunity in cargo surveying field at our company. This opportunity has considerable room for personal professional development, advancement and growth within the company for the right person. The applicant must be responsible and reliable and have excellent time management skills. The cargo inspector will be trained to conduct cargo inspections as well as cargo discharge, inspections at various locations and storage facilities in the Philadelphia / South New Jersey area to note and record the exact condition of cargo. Inspector will also prepare accurate and timely reports and responses to correspondence. Requirements: Excellent oral and written skills Proficient math skills Excellent attention to detail Able to stand for long periods of time as well as lift up to 50 lbs. Be able to work directly with clients to identify and resolve problems Maintain files in an orderly and timely manner Must qualify and obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential).
