I have a small one bedroom apt that I rent for the winter months as part of Airbnb. I'm looking for an honest, must be reliable as I can't get bad reviews based on poor work or worse a no show prior to guest arrival. I have all cleaning supplies and extra sheets and such so it's pretty straightforward. It typically takes between 90 mins to 120 mins to clean and do the laundry. Most bookings will have a day or two between, but it is possible to have a guest leave at 10 AM and new guest at 3 PM. I live in Burlington and just not practical due to my work travel needs and commute to Sugarbush etc. Apt is 1 mile from Lincoln Peak. Looking for an honest and efficient cleaning solution so I can be fair to my clients and charge a fair cleaning fee. Thinking base fee of $50 so I charge client a fair price and if its excessive, I can pay extra occasionally on my end. Please text as I'm often out of cell coverage and I can call you back,
