Part Time or Full Time/Year-Round Cleaning/Maintenance/Handyman We are hiring for a maintenance position to start on or around January 2023. Contact us with any questions you may have or to request a job application. Pay is commensurate on experience, but may range from $18-$19 per hr.. Part-time applicants are encouraged, but for the right person this position could be a full-time year-round position. Job Description We are looking for a dependable and reliable YEAR-ROUND part time or full-time cleaning/maintenance/handyman team member for the purpose of cleaning, maintaining and repairing of the property for a high-end coastal condominium. Job Requirements: · Proven work experience in a relevant position · Basic working knowledge of hand tools · Positive and friendly demeanor with excellent customer service skills · Attention to detail, self-starter, and ability to maintain work discipline is essential · Good Communication skills required. Must be able to communicate by voice, text and email to keep Association informed · Good physical health required. Must be able to lift 50 lbs in a safe manner. · Excellent knowledge of safety procedures/protocols · Integrity and professionalism · Must speak, read, write and understand English. · Must be able to use computer including but not limited to: electronic mail and basic word processing applications. Microsoft Office experience preferred · High school diploma/ GED preferred · Certified Pool Operator (CPO) experience preferred but not required. · Must be able to pass a background check · Must be able to work weekends. Availability to be on-call when necessary for evening and weekend responses is a plus. · Must have reliable transportation and possess a valid driver's license Job Responsibilities Include but are not limited to: · Perform a wide range of tasks including cleaning, landscaping, sanding, painting, caulking, basic handy-man level electrical/plumbing/mechanical · Assist with pool maintenance and chemical management. Obtain Certified Pool Operator (CPO) license. · Perform general cleaning including walkways, elevators, stainless steel cleaning, railings, sweeping, pressure washing, trash removal, etc. · Enforce Association rules and parking rules where needed · Log and communicate the need for property repairs in an organized work order system. Coordinate repairs with outside vendors and monitor progress when needed · Perform and follow preventative maintenance · Interact and communicate with property vendors · Interact and communicate with property owners and occupants · Conduct Association business such as key management in an orderly and responsible manner · Conduct Winterization walk throughs and facilitate routine property inspections.
