Rehoming cockatiel with all items

Hello! I am currently rehoming my ~2 year old Cockatiel, lovingly named Bean- or Princess Tiabeanie. She is super sweet, just a little aloof. I've had her since she was little, and she hasn't had her wings clipped since I got her from the breeder (shown in full wing pic, over a year ago). Needing to rehome her due to life problems, downsizing, and I don't feel like I have enough time to properly spend with her. She used to be very hand tame, but since I haven't had time to take her out, she tends to want to fly away and sit on a ceiling beam.. or your head, affectionately. With some patience and training, I know she'll come back to being a shoulder cuddlebug. I'm asking for $3/0/0 for her, with her cage and accessories, listed below. I can disassemble the cage day of pickup for a extra fee of $15. I'd appreciate if she went to someone with bird experience, and moreso possibly with cockatiels already, so she can socialize.
