Tile Grading

I need someone to add tile on top of my existing tile in the shower pan. About an inch of water accumulates while showering. I believe the cause is that there isn't enough of a grade with the existing tiles, and adding smaller tiles on top of the existing tile will be the easiest approach, but I am open to other alternatives. We don't need the tile on the lip to match, but the tile around the edges of the wall may need to be taken off and added back in order to conceal any imperfect cuts on the tile you add. All cutting must be done outside (it's a covered area) just up 15 steps. Please include price for adding mortar, tile, grout, sealer, and cleaning. Please provide quote and availability. I'll provide the tile, please bring everything else. We need this completed ASAP.
